And do you have all the language files uploaded into the correct directory?

I suggest using this as a work around for the time being.
Open dspSignup.php
Navigate to line 119 or find:
Code: Select all
if(!isset($lang)) $lang $default_lang;

Change the above code to:
Code: Select all
if(!isset($lang)) $lang 'en';

See if that works for you.

David, I have the same problem.

When you say "uploaded into the correct directory" which is the correct directory? You are talking about messages and lang directories?

I install the software with spanish option. The text in dspSignup.php appears in spanish but the text area where you must see the terms and conditions appears Hacking attempt!!. I saw that the terms and conditions are not in spanish, but I know www.keylantracker.com and the software works with the text in spanish and the terms and conditions in english (http://www.keylantracker.com/counter/dspSignup.php)

Thanks and regards
Martin

Found it.

$lang includes the name not the code of the language.

Example: "german" not "de"

If I change it ( $lang = "de") everything works.

Now i trying to find the reason.

I was having the same problem (well still am on Firefox).

I discovered that I do not have the problem when I use Crazy Browser (which is IE based).

I have an addon on Firefox - NoScript, and I believe that is the problem. I do have it set to allow my website, but it still brings up the Hacking Attempt instead of the Terms and conditions - wonder if there's a way to fix the problem with Firefox?

Thanks!

I have found that anytime the server does an update I got that problem so what I did is removed the call to the text file and added the text directly to the sign up page and all works fine.
