I know this type of title can become tedious, especially as most other support forums tend to have one of these located at the top of the forum!
So anyway, please try and follow the following before and when posting a support thread:
1) Try searching the forum for topics relating to your problem (http://www.phpee.com/forum/search.php) Numerous support topics have already been covered before and this can save you time in waiting for a reply.
2) If posting a thread for support please post as much detail as possible. Any PHP errors received all help in the road to resolving any issues!
3) If you are having issues with your logger not working then providing working URL's where these errors can be seen are most useful!
A working guest login to the logger for the account not working is also useful to provide if possible.
The above are just guides but following them will enable myself and others to provide a quick response for support threads
