Counter image not showing (Broken)

The counter image in the control panel is broken and will not load when I choose 'Show Picture'. Also, I have the VISIBLE option checked yet nothing shows up on my site after I insert the code. It logs my own hit when I visited the page so I know it's working.

Also, why does it say the Referrer is the last site I have posted on my options where you set what sites you want tracked. It says 'www.mysite.com' in the logs if it's the first one, but if I change it to 'www.mysite2.com' then it says that site is the referrer. Hope I'm making sense.

Thanks in advance for any help. The most important issue is the broken counter image.
