Suddently we cannot see the tracing on our site anymore

Hi,

Sometime ago I installed PPHlogger on the site of my girlfriend. She was very excited about it.
Especially the way you could track people around her site.

Suddently this function doesn't work anymore, you can see howmany people have visited the site, but no tracking around the site anymore.

What can be wrong? Is it a setting?
