Can't open file: 'pphl_userlog.MYI' (errno: 145)

hello,
is there someone who can tell me, what kind of error is this?
i have the pphlogger running on opencounter.de.
this problem comes in the last 5 days.
is this a prob on provider side ... or is something wrong with my webside (html code) ???????

ich habe das gleiche Problem, auch bei meinem Account erscheint die genannte Fehlermeldung und die einzelnen Logs werden nicht angezeigt.

Wer kann helfen?
