I sometimes get the same in my log files!
Are you using Outpost as firewall?

Embarassed got the same for a few 'log entries' - but no firewall / packetfilter running. I have only redirects for 404 / 403 / 401 -->

Philip do you have a clue about this ?

I seem to remember a post a while back regarding something similar.
The person in question had windows hosting and i believe there is a setting to do with URL authorization.

Do either of you use windows based hosting?

It looks like "Internet Privacy" software spoofing the "http_referer" heading. Nothing to worry about, and entirely un-preventable from the webmaster's point of view.

Oliver.
