I set up PPhlogger for an website with ~ 800 unique hits per day but in last few months i'm losing hits in dspCalendar.php (days with no hits listed, not even 0). Can this be solved? Sad

Is it set up correctly?
Bear in mind the JS version won't log a lot of search engine hits...

It might be worth running the optimize command on your MySQL database.
There is an option on the main admin page for doing this: "Optimize user tables".
Also run the admin optimization option.

It might also be worth your while opening phpmyadmin and checking that none of your tables are corrupt. If they are, you might be able to fix them from phpmyadmin, if not, then you can use SSH or Telnet to do this.

A lot of search engines skip anything with the Javascript tags in, which means a lot of their spidering won't be logged by the software.

If you use the PHP version, it should log the spiders better then the JS version. The PHP version will only work if its installed on to the same server as the site you are trying to log. It will also run a little slower than the JS version i believe Smile
