I'm a newbee designing homepages, but I've managed to create one in MS Publisher 2003. Now I would like to have a logger that tracks visitors path through my site, with IP, date etc. and I found the PPhlogger.
Can it be used with MS Publisher and if yes how?
B'cause its not possible to add html code at the absolute top of the page and its not possible to change the file extensions from htm to php?

Can anyone help me on this issue???

In advance thanks

the pages don't need to change their extension to php but you do need to have a php enabled hosting account for pphlogger to run, do you have this?

I know that the host is php enabled and I have run my previous site in php, so that part is ok. What about adding code to the htm pages, can that be done as "HTML Code fragment..." at any place on the page, or is there something else I have to take into consideration when using MS Publisher 2003?

i'm not sure but i think that would work using an html code fragment.

You need to upload pphlogger to your host, into a folder for example and install it, follow the instructions that come with it. once you have it installed and working you can then create an account for yourself and start to track your pages.

So far I have installed Pphlogger and created an account. But no results showing up Sad

I have tried to enter the code on each page and I have tried to place the code on the masterpage and both places. I have also tried to remove the "//" from frames=true line in the pphlogger.js file. And I have entered the absolute adress for the js file in the code. But no results what so ever.

Can anyone help Question

P.s. I have also created a blank test.htm file with the code filled in, but no results

I've uploaded the right one and got it working with MS Publisher 2003. Very Happy
