Can't block own visits

I have tried setting the cookie and blocking the IP but my visits are still counted and tracked. I am using Mozilla browser and have set permission to allow cookies.

The block IP feature also doesn't allow for wildcards i.e. 127.992.222.* , any chance of this being addressed??
