libmail, htmlmime don't work

Neither libmail or htmlmime will send out an email with the attachment.

The only option that works is plaintext, which of course, doesn't send out the attachment, even though the email states to upload the attached file, lol.

Any suggestions on how to make either libmail or htmlmime work?
