If I create an account via the admin control panel, then the account doesn't need to be confirmed, so it works fine, and it will log everything. But my problem is that if I have a user that creates an account, they get the email, they log in, but it still says they're "unconfirmed" and it will not log anything. I've tried this myself as well, I'll log in with the password it gives me, it logs in just fine, I put the javascript on my pages, go back to look a while later, the logs are still blank, it refuses to log anything, then I go check it out with logging in under as an admin, and it still shows my user-created account as unconfirmed. And yes, I'm using the latest version of PPHLogger.

Can anyone help?

Thanks.

Can you provide me with a URL to login to the admin side of your scripts?
PM me the details if you don't want to reveal them on the board. (link in my signature)

hi.

I'd rather just be told what to do if that's possible. Not that I don't trust you, I just am a pretty savvy user and think if I'm told what to look for I can probably handle it. Hope that didn't insult you. Smile

I comment the line //checkLangFormat($lang); in dspSignup.php so I can probe the software for the moment.

I can see that I have the same problem. If I create an account via the admin control panel, then the account doesn't need to be confirmed, so it works fine, and it will log everything. But if a user creates an account, they get the email, they log in, but it still says they're "unconfirmed" and it will not log anything.

How did you solve the problem

Thanks and regards
Martin

David

I solve the problem, setting in the admin configuration menu of the software the option actual configuration: disable

Then when I log in the users were confirm

I don't know if that is the right solution, but looking the code I saw that this is a possible solution.

Martin
