During the initial set-up (your-host/pphlogger/admin/setup.php) I repeatedly get the message:

"No input file specified."

Help..... Sad

I can't find this error anywhere in the pphlogger code...
Try a fresh upload. Make sure all the files are uploaded.

If you are using a modified version, try an unmodified version first to see if that works.

Just so that I am sure, what dir should the files be loaded to?
I created C:/pphlogger/

ahh, you're using windows..

Well, the files need to be stored where ever your HTTP server accesses files from...
You might also want to check your PHP setup and make sure your scripts have the right settings on them for access purposes.
